Abbot Xuecheng is one of China's most high-profile monks and has a huge social media following

The alleged actions of Abbott Zuhechg were extended to government officials in a report sent by two monks from the Longquan Temple, where they are based.

In Beijing the temple has accused the monks of "distorted facts".

Xuecheng is the latest public figure to accuse women of sexual misconduct as part of the growing #MeToo movement in China.

He is the head of the Buddhist Union of China, the youngest person to remain in position and a political consultant for the government.

There is more than a million followers in Abbott on a Chinese social network, web.

The temple said in a statement on Webo (in Chinese) that he would call for an investigation team, but refused to accuse Xuechang.

It has been said that "fabricated evidence" contained "the illegal intention to frame Abbott Xuecheng maliciously".

Under her 'magic'
The report written by two monks in Longkang Temple, Xianya and Jianki accused Abbott Juechheng for sending illegal messages to NBS and bringing them into sexual relations.

It accuses him of threatening or threatening at least six nuns to have sexual relations with her. The four gave their requests, it says.

It claims that gender was part of the study of Buddhist principles, by accusing the prosecution of using text messages to nain "brain-control" by claiming it.

The document on page 95, which was leaked online, also said that one of the Nunes filed a police report in June, alleging that Juáchag had sexual harassment.

According to the monks, they started an investigation in Zuechg's work after a nun in Beijing in December 2017, sending sex messages sent out about them.

The report said, "The Longquan Temple is under its magic." "Xuecheng tampered with the disciples to serve their 'Buddhist empire'."

According to a source linked to the state media outlet of the Global Times, Juegang was taken for questioning but now it has been released.

The temple accused the monks of "forging materials, distorting facts and spreading false information".

The report is being broadcast on the Chinese social media platform but it is being removed and the sensor is being done.

Monk Gianki confirmed to the BBC that he co-authored the report but dismissed an interview request. He said that he had "no idea" how it leaked and said that he did not have a plan to publish it publicly.

Abbott Xuecheng is the latest figure being accused of sexual abuse.

Earlier this year, in January this year, China was one of China's first #MeToo moments after an academic accused on sexual harassment professor. He was later sacked.
