When it comes to fitness schedules, Kareena Kapoor ensures that it is fun and tough. Recently, his fitness trainer Namrata Purohit shared a video on Instagram, in which Khan worked with Purohit and Malika Arora.

To train with core sticks and reformers, women were seen involved in various exercises with basic lungs and squats.

While most of us are familiar with the benefits of squats and lungs, some interesting instruments caught our eye.

In the video, we see that women turn into a Pilates Reformer. There are many benefits to gaining benefits - muscle strength, flexibility and balance help. It also helps in relieving physical imbalances like back pain and helps in losing the inch from the thighs, waist and triceps and gets lean mass.
